General Questions

Sam’s Prints was created by me, Sam, a passionate photographer and small business owner. My mission is to bring the beauty of nature into your home while supporting sustainability.

We specialize in framed and unframed canvases, prints, and eco-friendly merchandise like hoodies, blankets, and candles. Our collections feature breathtaking nature photography and seasonal options.

  • Each piece is inspired by real locations like Bear Lake, the Grand Canyon, and Garden of the Gods.
  • We prioritize quality and sustainability, offering eco-friendly products whenever possible.
  • 5% of our total sales at the end of each month are donated toward planting trees to support environmental conservation.

Order Questions

We understand that mistakes happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request! However, since all our products are made to order, there are some limitations:

Changing or Canceling an Order

  • Approval Timing: Orders are typically approved and sent to production within 1–4 hours. Once an order is approved and sent to production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

After Production Starts

  • Once your order is in production, we are unable to make changes or stop the process. If you realize there’s an issue after this, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to find a resolution.

Tips for Avoiding Errors

Before placing your order, double-check:

  • The product type and design.
  • Size and color selection.
  • Shipping details.

No, only one coupon code can be applied per order at a time. 

We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible! Sam’s Prints accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallet options supported by WooPayments.

All payments are securely processed through WooPayments, ensuring your information is safe and protected.

We strive to provide clear and reliable shipping options for all our customers. Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the product, shipping destination, and print provider. During checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost for your order.

  • Standard Rates: We use Printify’s shipping providers to calculate rates, which include carriers like USPS, FedEx, and others.

Shipping Times

  • Once your order is approved and sent to production, most products are shipped within [2–5 business days], depending on the print provider.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Product Questions

Our Winter Collection features:

  • Mugs with seasonal designs.
  • Candles with winter scents.
  • Blankets with soft, warm tones perfect for the season.
  • More seasonal items to make your holidays extra special!

This collection is only available for a limited time, so shop early!

Currently, we do not offer product customization, but we’re always open to feedback for future offerings!

We offer:

  • Grey and Green blankets with our circle logo at the bottom right corner.
  • Other colors may be introduced for regular collections, inspired by nature-themed palettes.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy page.

We currently do not offer exchanges since each product is made to order.

Sustainability Questions

We donate 5% of the subtotal on items sold each month to tree-planting initiatives through the National Forest Foundation. This means the donation is based on the price of the products purchased, excluding shipping and sales tax. By shopping with us, you’re directly contributing to reforestation and environmental conservation.

Yes, we aim to source eco-friendly materials for our products whenever possible.
